  2. Defective/Damaged Items: Report issues within 48 hours of delivery; we’ll arrange replacements, exchanges, or full refunds, including shipping charges when applicable.
  3. Bespoke Orders: Customized items are non-refundable once production begins unless they arrive defective or damaged.
